Returns and Exchange Policy

At The Good Kid, we're committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. As such, we offer an Exchange or Credit Note to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

Exchange or Credit Note:

  • We only accept exchanges or issue credit notes for returned items; we do not offer refunds.
  • Exchanges or credit notes are valid for 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and tags.
  • Returns and Exchanges can be completed online (for online purchases) or in any of our physical retail stores. For more information on our retail locations, please visit the “About” section on our website. 

To initiate an exchange or credit note request, please contact our customer service team at help@goodkidsneakers.com.au 

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue an exchange for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability, or provide you with a credit note for the value of the returned item.
  • If the item you wish to exchange for is of greater value than the original item, you will be required to pay the price difference.
  • Credit notes can be used towards future purchases at The Good Kid and are valid for 1 year. 

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customised or personalised sneakers, headwear, vintage/ pre-owned and sourced footwear are non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or credit note.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless deemed faulty or otherwise (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.
  • Exchanges or credit notes will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
