Delivery and Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

A strict no-refund policy applies to all products (full priced and sale items) unless the condition of the purchased item differs from the advertised description.

However, in some cases, an item/s can be returned for store credit ONLY  which can be used to repurchase correct sizing.

Please ensure you choose your sizes carefully, as in most cases we are unable to gaurantee stock availabilty. In agreement with our Sellers, The Good Kid is unable to place any items on hold under any circumstance.

For your item to be considered, it must meet the criteria below; 

  • Returns and size swaps to be made within 7 days of item arrival unless another arrangement has been made with the team.
  • Item/s must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris (for sneaker items), and all original packaging included.
  • Any extra laces, and/or accessories must also be included

We only stock 100% authentic goods. If any item which has passed our rigorous authentication checks is deemed inauthentic, We will provide you with a full refund along with all associated shipping costs.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Once an order is made and has been processed/shipped, no address modifications can be made.

In the case when an order is placed, and the wrong delivery address has been entered, please contact the team at michael@goodkidvintage.com.au to make modifications to your order ASAP.

  • All orders receive free express shipping within Australia 

 Shipping Times:

  • Sydney/NSW: 1-2 business days 
  • VIC/QLD: 1-2 business days
  • Adelaide: 2-3 business days 
  • WA: 2-3 business days

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

    Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
